Privacy notice

Collect only what is needed. Handle it with care.

This notice explains what happens when you use the contact form or send an email to Different Members, One Body.

Information the contact form uses

The contact form asks for your name, email address, reason for contacting, message, and consent acknowledgment. The form prepares an email in your own email application. This website does not keep a separate database copy of the form submission.

Why the information is used

Your information is used to understand and respond to your question, correction, suggestion, ministry inquiry, or speaking request. It is not sold, used for advertising, or added to a newsletter list.

Do not submit confidential medical information

Please do not include diagnoses, medical histories, therapy records, crisis details, or other confidential health information. Share only what is necessary for the ministry conversation. Email delivery and storage are subject to the privacy and security practices of your email provider and the recipient’s email provider.

Retention and sharing

Messages may be retained in the ministry email account for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate record of the conversation, or address a correction. Information is not intentionally shared outside the people needed to handle the message unless required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

Questions or correction requests

To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of a message, use the contact page and select “Website correction” or “Other.” Deletion may not be possible where a record must be retained for legal, safety, or accountability reasons.
